Our pastry team works hard to produce more than 30 categories of pastry each and every day, using the best seasonal products to surprise you. “Pâte sucrée” tart shell, airy “pâte à choux”, everything is made in respect of the pastry tradition. Always with this little “je ne sais quoi” that makes all of the difference.
